I've been a bit under the weather lately + the colder temperatures basically means it's the perfect time for my great-Grandmother's Mexican Hot Chocolate recipe. My mother used to make this for me all the time, and apparently her grandmother used to make it for her when she was a kid. It's pretty simple but absolutely delicious: hot chocolate mix, milk, about 1/4 mug of coffee, cinnamon, topped off with whipped cream (okay, that might be my own adjustment, there). Perfect :)
